Active Seniors Project: Progress Update Following the April 29 Meeting
The partners of the Active Seniors project met online on April 29 to review the progress of the ongoing activities and prepare the next steps of the project.
This meeting gave the French and Italian partners the opportunity to look back on the actions already completed, identify the tasks still pending, and coordinate the organisation of the upcoming mobilities and training activities.

Concrete progress on project activities
Since the previous meeting, several important milestones have been completed.
The project’s methodological guide has been finalised, along with the introductory “heads up” document, which are now available in all three partnership languages. The monitoring and evaluation questionnaires have also been translated and converted into Google Forms in order to facilitate the collection of participants’ feedback.
Regarding the pilot training activities, Modules 1 and 2 have already been successfully implemented in both France and Italy. These first sessions represent a key step in the development of the project’s educational activities.
The recruitment of French participants has also been completed, ensuring the smooth implementation of the actions scheduled in the project timeline.
Preparation for the May mobility in Italy
The partners have also made progress in organising the next TPM (Transnational Project Meeting), scheduled to take place on May 19 in Italy.
The programme and content of the meeting have been validated. The final logistical arrangements are currently being finalised, particularly regarding travel organisation and transfers planned in Italy.
Communication and dissemination: ongoing actions
The partners are also continuing the project’s communication and dissemination activities. Updates to social media channels and dissemination plans are still ongoing in order to ensure continuous visibility of the activities and results of the Active Seniors project.
Next steps
Among the actions still to be finalised are:
the submission of reports and evaluations by the Italian partner;
the translation of the module lesson plans into Italian;
the update of dissemination documents and shared project spaces;
the administrative and financial validation of the next stages of the partnership.
The next meeting will take place on May 19 during the mobility in Bagheria, Italy. This upcoming meeting will allow the partners to continue coordinating the project activities and preparing the next phases of the project.
