Senior Employment: A Look Back at Our Participation in the Job Fair on January 20, 2026

Through the FRANCE TRAVAIL organization, we took part in a job fair dedicated to people aged 45 and over who are seeking employment.

This event gave us the opportunity to present our project to the public. It resulted in many meaningful and enriching discussions. We also conducted individual interviews with participants, allowing us to gain a concrete understanding of the significant challenges surrounding this issue. Mindsets still need to evolve, and we are proud to be contributing to this change!
