The “Seniors Actifs” Project Meeting in Bagheria
The organization LLL4Eu welcomed in Bagheria the French delegation from Annemasse, composed of Vanessa, Christophe, Anne, and François. The meeting, held as scheduled at the Aurora Study Center (the training venue), was part of the activities planned within the framework of the Seniors Actifs project.

The meeting was structured into several distinct phases:
The first part was entirely dedicated to the work of the project team, including a thorough review of the activities carried out, the planning of future objectives, and a careful monitoring of the budget.
The second part focused on direct exchanges between trainers and learners, who shared reflections and feedback on the training experience.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of participation certificates to the French partners and certificates of achievement to all trainees. The participants also received a bag containing the official Erasmus+ project gadgets. The ceremony then ended in a festive atmosphere with a tasting of typical local products.
In addition to the working sessions, the French delegation experienced important institutional and cultural moments. Welcomed at the Bagheria Town Hall by Deputy Mayor Antonella Insinga, the guests visited Palazzo Butera and discovered the historical origins of the city.
Later, the visit to the Anchovy Museum allowed them to immerse themselves in the most authentic colors and stories of Sicily. The experience was made even more special by the warmth of the local population and the enthusiasm of the trainees, who expressed deep gratitude for this extraordinary opportunity for cultural, social, and educational growth offered by the Seniors Actifs project.
