The Active Seniors Project continues to move forward with a new phase of work marked by concrete progress and the ongoing commitment of its partners. The March 18 meeting provided an opportunity to review the progress made and to clarify priorities for the next steps.

What has been achieved since the last meeting
Over the past few weeks, several key milestones have been reached, demonstrating the active involvement of all partners in implementing the project:
A consolidated version of the lesson plans for all modules has been finalized, now available in French and English
Quality and monitoring questionnaires (pre- and post-training) have been designed to assess the impact of the activities
Training sessions have already been scheduled in France and Italy
The project budget and logistical organization (including partners’ accommodation) have been jointly reviewed
The methodological guide has continued to be developed and structured
What remains to be done
Despite this progress, several actions still need to be completed to ensure the successful implementation of the next phases of the project:
Finalize the translation of the lesson plans into Italian
Finalize and validate the methodological guide
Complete the recruitment of participants in France
Implement the training sessions
Update the dissemination plan and continue communication activities
Conclusion
This new progress update confirms the positive momentum of the Active Seniors project. Through the co-creation of educational tools, the implementation of pilot training sessions, and European collaboration, partners are fully committed to supporting active ageing.
In a context where the role of seniors in society is a major issue, these actions are particularly meaningful. They help to enhance skills, strengthen autonomy, and promote the inclusion of older adults. For all partners, being involved in this project means actively contributing and providing concrete solutions for people aged 50 and over who wish to remain active in the professional world.
